With a lifelong talent in art and an interest in all artistic mediums, my career goal is to work with students as they discover, develop and apply their own talents and techniques for expression. I offer the ability to create vibrant, perspective-changing experiences for students. Excellent communication skills are combined with critical problem solving skills, program development and group facilitation. Computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop and Infinite Campus. Technical skills include printmaking, wood shop tools/machines, video editing, ceramics, painting, jewelry making.

Created an ambitious and challenging curriculum for elementary and middle school students attending summer school at Grove and Rose Elementary School programs as well as during the regular school year at Countryside, Roslyn, and Hough Elementary Schools.
Introduced clay pot making, screen printing, plaster, as well as drawing and painting.
Maintain a classroom environment of consistency, respect and accountability for all students.

Worked closely with the ‘Mural Club’, an after-school program where students create visually engaging, large-scope art concepts for designated areas in the school.

Developed and taught basic art (painting, drawing) for 1st grade to 6th grade classes.
Because of room constraints, worked with teacher to develop ‘Art on a Cart’ concept; brought as many art tools and materials on a push cart, and moved around to various classrooms. The limited space required a modification of planned projects and daily creative thinking.
Conceptualized an ‘Identity Project’, using my own album collection as inspiration. The students were challenged to create their own record album, based on the identity they want to project to the world.
